Allowed: gentle structure, protected time. Forbidden: shame, panic productivity.
ProgramYou is for people finished with self-help and ready to directly terraform their cognitive terrain.
It is for people who know the story is not the self, but still want better artifacts for steering the local operator. The ego may still say, “I’m worried.” ProgramYou asks: about what, exactly? Which invariant is at risk? What should the ego protect? What kind of help is authorized? What would corrupt the path?
ProgramSelf is the larger loop: accept, rest, witness, regulate, maintain, mobius, program. ProgramYou belongs inside that constellation as one concrete method for the program phase. Other methods may serve other people better. This site does not replace the loop; it creates one portable artifact for working inside it.
Most goals are too floppy to survive contact with life. “Be healthier.” “Make more art.” “Stop wasting time.” “Be better.” These are not programs. They are vague artifacts orbiting unexamined attractors.
ProgramYou begins one layer deeper: What is the signal? What invariant is it pointing toward? What should the ego actually protect?
A Path Receipt is a small semantic artifact that helps you state the signal being grounded, the invariant being preserved, the attractor being served, the ego assignment, the assistance you consent to receive, the intervention being attempted, and how the path should update when reality answers back.
A good assistant should not have to guess your soul from behavioral exhaust. Path Receipts give local AI cleaner context: declared signal, active invariants, living attractors, ego assignments, consent boundaries, forbidden shortcuts, feedback signals, and update rules.
The assistant no longer needs to manipulate. It can serve the declared path.
